Delivery Excellence Lead

About the role

As the Delivery Excellence Lead at Aceve, you will own and continuously improve the company’s end‑to‑end Professional Services process framework. You will ensure that every market follows a common playbook while retaining the agility to move fast, and you will act as the global owner of the PSA platform, driving its adoption and ongoing enhancement.

Key responsibilities

• Design, maintain and enforce the Core Process Architecture for Professional Services across all markets.
• Own the PSA platform globally, managing adoption, workflow governance and continuous improvement.
• Define the human‑governed process framework that supports AI‑enabled delivery tools.
• Lead the planning, rollout and adoption of the PSA platform in new regions.
• Ensure consistent time registration, utilisation tracking and project financial reporting.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Support and other CX functions to align the full customer journey.
• Partner with country leaders and functional heads to translate global standards into local practice and feed field learnings back into the framework.

Required profile

• Senior professional services or consulting background with experience in process framework design, delivery governance and change management across multi‑market organisations.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, comfortable running initiatives that span several countries.
• Proven ability to coach teams and align senior leaders on common standards.

Required skills

• Experience with PSA platforms.
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled delivery tooling.
