Technical Product Owner

About the role

3fs is looking for a Technical Product Owner to join its growing team in Stockholm. You will help build software‑based digital twin solutions and clinical applications that improve patient outcomes, streamline clinical workflows and reduce clinician stress. The role involves end‑to‑end product development, collaborating with a cross‑functional engineering team in Slovenia and directly with customer stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the customer’s product management team to clarify feature requirements and provide high‑level technical feedback.
• Define requirements for the development team, manage the product backlog and prioritize development work.
• Support the development team throughout the software development lifecycle, including effort estimation, progress communication and release management.
• Oversee technical product documentation and ensure non‑functional requirements such as security, testing, compliance and legal are addressed.
• Provide technical support to the customer’s product management team in sales activities.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in an engineering role.
• Comfortable working at the intersection of business and engineering, collaborating closely with product management and engineering teams.
• Experience in small, fast‑moving, agile teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in Swedish (native or similar level) and proficient in English.
