Consultant – Stockholm (Start Fall 2027)

About the role

Applied Value is hiring Consultants for its Stockholm office, starting in the fall of 2027. In this role you will work directly with managers and partners on all phases of a project—from data gathering and analysis to strategy development, client presentations, and implementation. You will engage with entrepreneurial, international clients ranging from start‑ups to market leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Gather company and industry data, conduct interviews, and develop actionable insights.
• Structure project approach, objectives, and implementation plans under manager guidance.
• Manage day‑to‑day scheduling, progress updates, and client communications.
• Lead the creation of final presentations and follow‑up work to secure further engagements.
• Participate in business development activities, including preparing sales materials and attending client meetings.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated individual who can draw conclusions independently while learning from colleagues.
• Proven ability to deliver high‑quality work on time with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable making decisions in unstructured environments and willing to travel as projects require.
• Strong leadership, business judgment, and commercial instincts.
• Experience in start‑ups, general management, engineering, sales or marketing is a plus.
