Business Development Executive 3

About the role

Genpact, an agentic and advanced technology solutions company, is looking for a Business Development Executive 3 to generate $10M in annual contract value by positioning its BPO, ITO and consulting offerings. The role targets outsourcers with C-level buyers and works in a hybrid setting.

Key responsibilities

• Generate $10M in annual contract value by positioning Genpact's BPO, ITO and consulting offerings.
• Develop and communicate a strategic sales plan to achieve assigned business development goals.
• Close outsourcing engagements ranging from $25M to $100M+ with EVP and C-level buyers.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities in the applicable vertical and secure new clients.
• Collaborate with account management and delivery teams to foster a client-centric culture.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, giving thought leadership on current business issues and strategy to C-level executives.
• Leverage executive-level relationships to strengthen Genpact's brand and market position in the vertical.
• Represent Genpact at industry events, including conferences and tradeshows.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics or Finance, or a Master's in Business Administration or Business Analytics.
• Certification required.
• Proficiency in English (C2).
