Brand Copywriter

About the role

Peak Performance, a freeride skiwear brand founded in 1986, is looking for a Brand Copywriter to develop and execute a holistic copy strategy across its brand. Reporting to the Head of Global Brand Communications, you own, write, edit and elevate the brand copy and tone of voice across all external touchpoints, including social media (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), blog content and new brand channels such as Substack and Reddit. The role can be based at the HQ in Stockholm, Sweden, or remotely within the UK or Central Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a global copy strategy aligned with SEO and GEO needs, brand campaigns and marketing needs, and update it regularly in line with marketing updates and the long-term strategic plan.
• Own and develop the brand tone of voice, creating channel-specific variations.
• Stay ahead of copy trends, tools and platform updates, and identify and roll out digital transformation opportunities such as GEO, LLM updates and algorithmic changes.
• Work with the Head of Communications and Head of Creative on stories and key messaging for brand campaigns.
• Advise Social Media on captions for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn, and collaborate with the ecom team on blog content.
• Write seasonal press materials and support global PR and regional market teams with messaging guidance.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a copywriter, ideally writing for global sports, fashion or lifestyle brands.
• Experience writing and editing brand copy across social media, ecom/blog and PR.
• Understanding of SEO and GEO, and of writing for AI search and LLM-driven discovery.
• Digital curiosity and confidence in making calls on copy approach, structure and messaging priorities within brand and marketing guidelines.
