Associate Insights Strategist

About the role

Kurppa Hosk is looking for an Associate Insights Strategist to join its team in Stockholm. The role sits alongside the Insights Director and works closely with brand and communication strategists for clients from startups to international big tech and B2B. Insights feed brand development and creative communication, helping uncover the truths behind positioning and identity, and the cultural tensions and audience behaviors behind memorable campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Scope and design research workstreams within larger projects, choosing the right method for each business question
• Coordinate external research partners and suppliers so fieldwork runs smoothly
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative output and contribute a unique perspective to the wider strategy
• Turn complex data into clear narratives and present insight to senior stakeholders
• Track and evaluate the impact of brand and campaign initiatives and help define success metrics
• Support new business with pitch and case material
• Help shape insights methods and tools, including how AI is used to amplify research

Required profile

• Around 2-3 years of professional research and insights experience from an agency, consultancy or in-house team
• Solid foundation in quantitative and qualitative methods, including customer and stakeholder interviews and group discussions
• Experience in, or real curiosity about, brand building, behavioral science, culture theory and what makes campaigns land
• Fluent English; additional languages including Swedish are a plus
• Eligibility to work in Sweden
• Nice to have: experience in gaming, entertainment or consumer brands, B2B or industrial categories, international research, or lean setups where you built the method yourself
