SAP CORE & AMS Project Manager – Södertälje

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of SAP CORE, AMS and ADM services for utility and enterprise customers in Sweden. You will act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders, business teams and offshore delivery groups, ensuring high‑quality, on‑time delivery of SAP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor design, build and implementation activities for SAP projects.
• Manage service governance, SLAs, KPIs, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive incident, problem, change, release and service‑request management processes.
• Oversee delivery planning, resource capacity, risk mitigation, escalations and financials.
• Lead service reviews, steering committee meetings and executive governance forums.
• Ensure alignment with ITIL, DevOps, Agile and customer‑specific delivery frameworks.

Required profile

• Extensive experience delivering SAP solutions, managed services and transformation programs.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams across on‑shore and offshore locations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated track record of managing large‑scale projects with financial and operational accountability.
