About the role

Centio is seeking a Production Expert for railway projects to support Trafikverket in contract follow‑up for the Storvik Ställverksbyte 95 project. The assignment is based in Gävle and combines work on ground and geotechnical matters with railway signal technology.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the project manager with contract monitoring and reporting for the Storvik signal‑switchgear replacement.
• Perform tasks in ground and geotechnical engineering (approximately 40 hours).
• Execute railway signal engineering activities (approximately 200 hours), including integration of the new signal switchgear model 95.
• Maintain the existing distribution system and ensure proper connection to the new equipment.
• Support the replacement of the UPS system and related documentation.

Required profile

• Flexibility and strong collaboration skills to work closely with the client.
• Ability to handle both ground/geotechnical and signal‑technology tasks, or specialize in one of them.
• Experience in railway infrastructure projects is preferred.
