About the role

We are looking for a creative and experienced chef to join the culinary team at Stiftsgården Åkersberg, a venue that combines conference facilities, private events and a spa. The role involves preparing a wide range of dishes for à‑la‑carte service, conferences, camps and special occasions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare à‑la‑carte dishes, conference menus and meals for large groups.
• Participate in menu development and order raw materials.
• Bake and create pastries from scratch; bakery experience is a plus.
• Contribute creative ideas and take initiative within a collaborative kitchen team.
• Work with the Visbook booking system to align production with reservations.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of professional kitchen experience, preferably in à‑la‑carte and large‑group settings.
• Creative, responsible and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interest in delivering memorable dining experiences.
• Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Residence near Höör is advantageous.
