Global Key Account Manager – Affiliate Programs

About the role

The Account Management team is seeking a Global Key Account Manager to lead affiliate programmes for advertisers across retail, travel and other verticals. You will work closely with large brands, develop strategic campaigns and collaborate with internal and external partners in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive growth and service delivery for a portfolio of key accounts, focusing on affiliate programmes.
• Maintain proactive, consultative relationships with clients, providing strategic advice, performance reporting and optimisation.
• Manage client budgets, SLA discussions and conflict/escalation handling.
• Support internal projects, new‑business pitches and represent the company at industry events.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing or affiliate marketing.
• Fluent in Swedish or Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong customer focus with a consultative sales approach.
• Ability to handle stress, work autonomously and manage complex client situations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI and Reporting Services.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for data analysis and presentation.
