About the role

We are looking for a Business Solution Manager / IT Governance Lead to support a state‑owned energy and district‑heating organization. The position is a 50 % consultant assignment based in Stockholm with hybrid work options, requiring close collaboration between the business units and the IT department.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the interaction between business areas (procurement, accounting, Business Control, HR) and IT.
• Translate business needs into appropriate, architecture‑aligned IT solutions.
• Ensure that delivered solutions generate the intended business value and comply with the organization’s strategy and governance.
• Oversee the implementation and ongoing support of the selected systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience in bridging business and IT functions, preferably in a public‑sector or energy context.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand and prioritize business requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Flexibility and a collaborative attitude to work closely with the client.

Required skills

• Knowledge of enterprise IT solution design and governance.
• Familiarity with business processes in procurement, finance, controlling and HR.
