About the role
DESOTEC is seeking a proactive Sales Manager to drive new business across Sweden. You will combine technical expertise with commercial acumen to match our mobile filtration solutions to client needs.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and win new business opportunities in target industries.
- Represent DESOTEC at international trade fairs and client meetings.
- Provide technical and commercial solution support, collaborating with in‑house application specialists.
- Travel regularly (≈3 days per week) within Sweden and occasional trips to Belgium.
- Manage opportunities in Salesforce, ensuring timely follow‑ups and accurate quotation handling.
Required profile
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial or environmental sectors.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage engineers, plant managers, and purchasing teams.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work autonomously from a home office.
Required skills
- Salesforce (CRM) proficiency.
