DevOps Engineer

About the role

Bosch Thermotechnology AB in Tranås is looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join its competence and development centre. You will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining the automation pipeline that supports the development of advanced heat‑pump software.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain DevOps infrastructure using the Atlassian toolchain, Jenkins and modern automation tools.
• Collaborate with developers, system administrators and engineers to create robust CI/CD solutions.
• Continuously optimise DevOps practices for scalability, reliability and security.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure problems and work with the team to deliver effective solutions.
• Stay current with emerging DevOps technologies and recommend tools that improve processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer designing CI/CD pipelines and automating infrastructure.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities in distributed environments.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills within a cross‑functional, international team.
• Background in software development and familiarity with software development processes is a plus.
• Optional experience with Matlab/Simulink is beneficial.
