Tender and Quotation Specialist

About the role

Hitachi Energy is looking for a Tender and Quotation Specialist in Ludvika, Sweden, within its Insulation and Components (I&C), Bushings and Tap-Changers business area. The role works closely with Sales and Engineering teams and other internal functions to develop competitive tenders based on customer requirements. It is a full-time position with clear ownership of your own tenders.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze technical and commercial requirements and identify suitable solutions together with engineering, sales and other internal teams.
• Prepare accurate quotations aligned with product configuration, pricing and lead times.
• Manage multiple tenders and priorities at once while keeping quality and attention to detail.
• Contribute to winning projects that support reliable and sustainable energy infrastructure worldwide.
• Improve tendering processes, share best practices and support continuous learning within the team.

Required profile

• Experience in a technical and/or commercial environment, such as tendering/estimating, technical sales or project coordination.
• Ability to structure and prioritize work while handling several tasks at once.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work across functions and in an international environment.
• Fluent English; Swedish or additional languages are an advantage.
• Previous knowledge of the products or experience in the electrical industry is highly regarded.

Required skills

• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, CRM systems or similar tools is beneficial.
• Ability to take ownership of work and drive tasks independently.
