Teknisk IT-projektledare

About the role

The client is a Swedish traffic authority seeking a Technical IT Project Manager to lead the introduction of new digital installations into production. The position is a full‑time consulting assignment based in Stockholm with a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Capture and analyse IT‑related needs linked to digital infrastructure projects.
• Act as the primary liaison between construction projects and the IT organisation.
• Ensure the IT perspective is integrated throughout project lifecycles.
• Identify requirements, create conditions for implementation and coordinate systems, processes, resources and competencies.
• Collaborate with business representatives, architects, finance controllers, managers and other stakeholders.
• Lead multiple parallel implementation projects and initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong flexibility and collaboration skills to work closely with the client.
• Experience in coordinating IT activities within large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Prince2).
• Understanding of digital infrastructure and IT system integration.
• Stakeholder management and coordination.
