Product Owner – Core Automation

About the role

Join Alfa Laval’s Incubator within the Core Automation organization to turn technology road‑maps into coordinated deliveries. As Product Owner you will bridge technology managers, stakeholders and development teams, translating complex needs into clear user stories and guiding initiatives across the OT platform portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver initiatives aligned with the technology roadmap for relevant stakeholders.
• Refine work items, translate stakeholder needs into user stories and maintain the development backlog.
• Prioritise backlog in line with commitments for development, roll‑outs and support.
• Align stakeholders and product groups across the OT platform portfolio.
• Prepare teams for incremental deliveries by clarifying scope, setting objectives and supporting demos.
• Facilitate collaboration, alignment and momentum across initiatives.
• Work with the Agile Team Coach and Focus Manager to improve team performance.
• Drive product, technology and platform evaluation initiatives.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of product management and complex operational‑technology (OT) solutions.
• Proven ability to align stakeholders and development teams around shared objectives.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, data science or equivalent.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
