Sustaining Engineer – Lifecycle Management

About the role

Join a growing company focused on improving lives through medical devices. As a Sustaining Engineer – Lifecycle Management you will manage change controls and lifecycle activities for existing products, working closely with R&D, Marketing, Production, and Process Development.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate changes to existing products and processes following established procedures.
• Update and manage technical product documentation.
• Take primary responsibility for specific products or product groups.
• Participate in risk assessments and identify improvements to product and quality processes.

Required profile

• Curious and motivated by products that make a real difference in people’s lives.
• Proactive, structured, and comfortable working across functions while taking ownership.
• Thrives in a regulated environment and enjoys analyzing problems to implement solutions.

Required skills

• Experience with injection molding and adhesives.
• Background in change control, regulatory affairs, quality, or production.
• SolidWorks proficiency (strong advantage).
