About the role

We’re building the data stack for Physical AI and need a sharp, high‑agency generalist to turn strong demand into a thriving business. Most of your time will be spent on go‑to‑market and business operations, while constantly spotting and fixing broken or missing pieces before anyone asks.

Key responsibilities

• Build and run commercial systems: set up and automate lead capture, triage, task routing, outreach and pipelines that turn sales conversations into structured data.
• Turn community signals into opportunities by analysing activity across developer channels to identify engaged prospects.
• Support events: create an annual events calendar and help plan meetups and coverage across key hubs.
• Assist founders with content: spot valuable conversations, shape posts and replies.
• Assess inbound interest, field enquiries and decide what’s worth pursuing.
• Unblock company‑building by tackling the highest‑priority bottlenecks across any business area.
• Help with finance and investor relations, supporting finance questions and standardising investor communications.

• High agency: starts, runs and follows through on initiatives without a playbook.
• Technically curious: enjoys building or automating tools, tinkering with side projects and AI tools.
• Strong raw ability: learns fast and can pick up any business challenge.
