Spare Parts & Aftersales Coordinator (Part‑time, 16 h/week)

About the role

Join the E‑commerce Operations & Consumer Service team at Peak Performance as a Spare Parts & Aftersales Coordinator. In this part‑time role (16 hours per week) you will manage spare parts operations, support warranty and consumer inquiries, and help extend product life through excellent after‑sales service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle spare parts requests and dispatches for tailors, stores, franchise partners, and consumers, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Maintain and optimise spare parts inventory, sourcing processes, and related systems for efficient stock management.
• Provide Level 2 consumer support regarding product information, warranties, claims, repairs, and order inquiries.
• Drive improvements in spare parts, warranty, and claims processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Quality, Sustainability, Retail, E‑commerce, B2B) and external partners to support product quality and after‑sales initiatives.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365, especially Excel.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (or similar CRM).
• Familiarity with Centric (preferred).
