ServiceNow Solution Architect

About the role

Devoteam, an award-winning ServiceNow partner with 15 years of experience on the platform, is looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect in Stockholm. The role leads the design of innovative, scalable ServiceNow solutions for new implementations and transformations, working closely with technical teams and ServiceNow experts to guide customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation of innovative, scalable ServiceNow solution designs for new implementations and transformations.
• Collaborate with technical teams and ServiceNow experts to give strategic guidance and drive customer success.
• Contribute to pre-sales and help teammates solve complex problems.
• Work with the latest features of the ServiceNow platform and keep developing your expertise.
• Act as technical advisor in client communications, turning complex business needs into clear, executable technical roadmaps.

Required profile

• Passion for the ServiceNow platform and a willingness to learn its evolving possibilities.
• Senior team member who is a self-starter, manages workload and drives projects forward.
• Client-focused, able to turn needs into technical solutions and deliver presentations that resonate with audiences.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.

Required skills

• Designing and building ServiceNow solution designs.
• Understanding enterprise-level architecture, integrations and best-practice application development on the platform.
• Able to read and debug JavaScript code.
