Senior Brand Manager Nordics

About the role

Kraft Heinz is looking for a Senior Brand Manager for the Nordic region, based in Stockholm. Working closely with Nordic and global teams, internal stakeholders and agency partners, you will bring commercial focus, structure, pace and strong project leadership to the Nordic business. The role focuses on building and delivering a three-year growth roadmap and annual brand plans across channels, with Heinz as the primary focus.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the promotional trade marketing calendar for the product categories and manage investments in trade channels, monitoring execution with the sales team
• Develop a strategy for revenue growth in sales channels and portfolio analysis, and build a three-year growth roadmap and annual brand plans
• Translate agreed portfolio and innovation priorities into go-to-market and activation plans for the Nordic markets
• Develop and execute integrated campaigns, product initiatives and locally relevant activations, and manage the brand budget against agreed priorities and KPIs
• Brief and lead media, creative and activation agencies from development through delivery, and adapt global campaigns to local assets
• Lead launches and marketing projects with Sales, Category, Finance, Supply Chain, global teams and agency partners
• Monitor brand performance, consumer insights and market trends and turn them into clear recommendations and actions

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
• Relevant FMCG experience in a comparable marketing role, with a background in brand ownership or agency management
• Proven success developing marketing plans and leading projects from strategy through execution
• Fluent English is a must; additional Nordic languages are an advantage
• Analytical, proactive and resilient, able to simplify complex data into clear solutions and thrive under pressure
