About the role

We are looking for a Security Consultant specialized in security coaching to support a municipality in Stockholm. This is a consultancy assignment that requires close collaboration with the client and a flexible, cooperative approach.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individual security coaching for employees who have experienced or are at risk of threats, violence, or undue influence.
• Conduct risk assessments, security analyses, and propose tailored protective measures.
• Address security aspects in the home, daily routines, digital environments, social media, digital identity, and personal online visibility.
• Deliver training sessions and lectures for groups on security best practices.

Required profile

• Strong ability to work closely with the client and adapt to changing needs.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Experience in assessing and mitigating security risks.
• Capacity to develop and deliver educational content for diverse audiences.
