Quantity Surveyor

About the role

Cunningham Contracts is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its high‑performing team in Skelleftea, Sweden. You will be responsible for cost and value reporting, cash‑flow management and commercial performance across projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost, value and cash‑flow reports at project and business‑unit level.
• Manage cost forecasting, monthly CVR updates and commercial strategy.
• Negotiate and administer subcontractor agreements, ensuring appropriate terms and risk identification.
• Maintain strong client relationships and coordinate commercial processes between site and office teams.
• Coach junior Quantity Surveyors and apprentices, providing mentorship and feedback.

Required profile

• HND or degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor in civil engineering.
• Familiarity with various contract forms and current construction law.
• Proven experience in commercial management, subcontractor procurement and earned value analysis.
• Excellent time‑management and ability to work independently.
