Quality Management Internship – Bosch Thermotechnology

About the role

Join Bosch Thermotechnology AB in Tranås as a Quality Management Intern for a 6‑month, full‑time placement starting September 2026. You will support the plant’s quality management system, work on product audits, and contribute to digitalisation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct product audits and follow up on open topics with cross‑functional teams.
• Apply problem‑solving tools such as 8D to improve series production and development projects.
• Analyse quality data, prepare presentations and reports for management.
• Participate in digitalisation projects, creating dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Support initiatives to enhance health and safety standards within the department.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in an Engineering, Engineering & Management or related master’s program.
• Strong analytical abilities and quick learning of new topics.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication in English; Swedish or German is a plus.
