Quality Engineer - Workshop

Key responsibilities

• Monitor manufacturing processes, verify measurements and maintain control throughout production.
• Develop, maintain and improve instructions, procedures and governing documents.
• Support deviation management, resolve internal deviations and address customer claims.
• Lead investigations to identify root causes of non‑conformities and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare for and participate in internal and customer audits.
• Utilise digital tools such as OPTO, D365 and other quality/production systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree and experience in quality engineering, preferably in mechanical or process manufacturing.
• Fluent English and comfortable working in a global, cross‑functional environment.
• Proven track record of leading product or process improvement initiatives.
• Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing certification is a strong advantage.
