Marketing Executive - Sweden

About the role

Huel is looking for a hands-on, digitally-savvy Marketing Executive to own one or more EU markets, with this role focused on Sweden. As a digitally native brand, the person will run ads, work with influencers and affiliates, keep the local site experience sharp and help test what makes the market grow, working closely with the Europe Marketing Manager and the central Growth, Creative and Retail teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of paid campaigns, working with the Growth team to launch and optimise them
• Monitor trading performance, identify opportunities and share insights with the Europe Marketing Manager
• Manage the local marketing calendar so campaigns are coordinated and delivered on time
• Find, brief and manage influencers, and support the affiliate programme with partners
• Keep the local huel.com experience up to date with localised content and product pages
• Localise campaigns and messaging for the market
• Monitor competitors and market trends, and support local retail marketing plans with trade materials and in-store activity

Required profile

• 1 to 3 years of marketing experience, ideally from a consumer brand, DTC or agency
• Native or near-native Swedish
• Digital-first mindset with experience or strong interest in paid media, influencer and affiliate marketing
• Comfortable checking performance data and interested in brand positioning and localisation
• Organised, proactive and a strong communicator across teams and partners
