IT/OT Infrastructure Team Lead

About the role

You will lead the daily operations and execution of IT/OT infrastructure services, ensuring a secure, stable and cost‑effective environment that supports both business and manufacturing activities. Reporting to the Manager, Security & Infrastructure, you will drive operational excellence, technology governance and service delivery across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily activities and priorities for the IT/OT Infrastructure team.
• Drive operational excellence, service delivery and rapid resolution of infrastructure‑related issues.
• Own the IT/OT infrastructure portfolio, technology roadmap and lifecycle planning.
• Manage suppliers, service providers, technology partners, contracts and licensing agreements.
• Ensure compliance with infrastructure standards, security requirements and governance obligations.
• Identify and implement opportunities for automation, standardisation, optimisation and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Broad understanding of both IT and OT infrastructure technologies.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships across business functions, technology teams and external partners.
• Extensive experience in infrastructure management and technology transformation.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure standards, security and compliance obligations.
• Track record of managing contracts, licensing and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience leading large‑scale infrastructure modernization initiatives in a global context.
