International Sales Executive - Nordics

About the role

SD Worx is seeking an International Sales Executive to drive growth of its SAP SuccessFactors solutions across the Nordics. You will work with large enterprises and international organisations headquartered in the region, collaborating closely with SAP, internal delivery teams, and senior client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified SAP SuccessFactors opportunities.
• Identify, engage, and convert new prospects within large enterprise accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans to meet sales targets.
• Manage complex, consultative sales cycles from initial engagement through contract signature.
• Establish strong relationships with SAP SuccessFactors sales teams and partner networks.
• Create long‑term partnerships by understanding customer challenges and transformation goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in complex B2B solution sales.
• Track record of selling to large enterprise organisations.
• Experience selling HR technology, HRIS, payroll, or workforce management solutions.
• Ability to manage long, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles.
• Strong business development, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Fluent English communication, written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across international teams.
• Preferably knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem and a network within large Nordic enterprises.
