Frontend Development Technical Intern

About the role

We are looking for a frontend‑focused technical intern who wants to ship real product and website work, not mock exercises. At Redpine you will work on redpine.ai and the surrounding frontend surfaces such as the marketing site, careers page, partner‑facing pages, and lightweight product UI.

Key responsibilities

• Build and iterate on redpine.ai and related frontend surfaces (pages, components, interaction, responsiveness, performance).
• Turn design concepts into production‑ready UI with clean layout, typography, motion where appropriate, and basic accessibility.
• Ship frontend solutions beyond the marketing site, including internal tools, demos, and lightweight product UI.
• Develop using the stack we use daily: modern web (HTML/CSS/TypeScript or JavaScript, React or similar), design‑to‑code workflows, and AI coding tools.
• Partner with brand/product design and engineering to ensure shipped work matches Redpine’s craft.
• Assist with polish, QA, and small improvements to keep the site and frontend surfaces sharp.

Required profile

• Current student or recent graduate in computer science, interaction design, media tech, or a related field.
• Builder mindset demonstrated through personal projects, open‑source contributions, hackathons, or freelance work that shows shipped UI.
• Solid frontend foundation: HTML, CSS, JavaScript or TypeScript, comfortable with React (or equivalent) and modern CSS layouts.
• Eye for craft – attentive to spacing, typography, and interaction quality.
