Associate Account Manager (Hotels) - Fixed-Term Maternity Cover

About the role

Expedia Group is looking for an Associate Account Manager to join its Stockholm team on a fixed-term maternity cover from January 2027 through August 2028. The role builds and supports relationships with hotel partners across Sweden, helping them use Expedia Group's marketplace better. It is a location-based role in Stockholm requiring Swedish and English.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with local hotel partners and key decision-makers through regular communication and practical support.
• Use partner reports, competitive information and market insights to identify opportunities and agree action plans.
• Recommend products, services, marketing opportunities and revenue-management solutions that support partner goals.
• Help partners keep content, rates and availability accurate and competitive across Expedia Group sites.
• Work with partners to secure additional inventory during high-demand and compression periods, and support seasonal deals and dynamic promotions.
• Help partners use Expedia Partner Central and other support functions, and track progress against KPIs.
• Participate in partner meetings, keep accurate records of partner activity and follow up on needs.
• Stay up to date with market trends and the competitive landscape in Sweden, and work with internal teams.

Required profile

• 1-3 years of experience in account management, sales, partner management, hospitality, travel, e-commerce or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• Interest in travel, hospitality or e-commerce is an advantage.

• Total cash range in Stockholm of SEK 528,500 to SEK 740,000, with potential to reach SEK 845,500 based on sustained performance.
