Spare Parts & Aftersales Coordinator (part-time)

About the role

Join the E‑commerce Operations & Consumer Service team at Peak Performance as a Spare Parts & Aftersales Coordinator. In this part‑time role you will manage spare‑parts operations, support warranty and consumer inquiries, and help improve processes that boost customer satisfaction and product longevity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage spare‑parts requests and dispatches for tailors, stores, franchise partners and consumers, ensuring timely and accurate handling.
• Maintain and optimise spare‑parts inventory, sourcing processes and related systems for efficient stock management.
• Provide Level 2 consumer support on product information, warranties, claims, repairs and order inquiries.
• Drive improvements within spare‑parts, warranty and claims processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support product quality and after‑sales initiatives.

• Problem‑solver who enjoys finding efficient solutions and continuously improving processes.
• Strong communicator comfortable engaging with customers and cross‑functional teams.
• Curious and eager to learn, with genuine interest in Peak Performance products and the outdoor lifestyle.

Required skills

• 1‑2 years experience in retail, customer service, after‑sales support, warranty management or spare‑parts operations.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Centric is a plus.
