Service Project Manager – Network Control Service

About the role

HITACHI ENERGY SWEDEN AB is strengthening its Network Control Service team and is looking for an experienced Service Project Manager. The role covers several Network Manager SCADA service projects for English- and French-speaking customers, acting as the key link between customers, internal teams and external partners. Full flexibility of location is offered, and the position can be done remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Act as single point of contact for assigned customers, making sure their needs are understood and addressed
• Lead and deliver service projects with full responsibility for scope, schedule, cost, resources and quality
• Manage the commercial side of customer contracts, including planning, risk management, opportunities and add-on sales
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve customer experience and system performance
• Collaborate globally and travel as needed to meet customers and work with colleagues worldwide

Required profile

• University degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
• 3-5 years of proven project management experience, preferably in service-oriented or complex technical projects
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and work independently with limited supervision
• Fluency in English and French, written and spoken, is mandatory; additional languages and willingness to travel are an advantage

Required skills

• Experience with SCADA systems, digitalization or related technologies is highly desirable
