Manager - IT Network

About the role

Axis is looking for a Manager - IT Network to lead its IT Network team and take ownership of the network that connects the company worldwide. The role is based at Axis's headquarters in Lund and reports to the Director of IT Infrastructure. The IT Network team belongs to the IT Infrastructure & Operations department and consists of around 10 senior technical specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the IT Network team, including the team's development and your colleagues' personal development.
• Own the global network infrastructure strategically and tactically, ensuring stable and reliable day-to-day operation.
• Set the direction for the network area and drive architecture decisions together with colleagues across IT and stakeholders globally.
• Manage vendors, service providers and contracts.
• Take ownership of the budget and forecast for the network area.
• Work closely with information security to keep the network secure.

Required profile

• A degree in IT or engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Solid experience of global networks.
• Solid experience of leading change, both technical and organizational.
• Experience of developing people and teams.
• Professional working proficiency in English and Swedish, spoken and written.
