Senior Digital Designer

About the role

TOTEME, a fashion house founded in 2014 and based in Stockholm, is looking for a Digital Designer to join its team full-time. You will own and continuously develop the digital design across e-commerce channels, with a particular focus on the website, newsletters and performance marketing, translating creative and commercial direction into digital experiences that strengthen the brand and customer experience. You will report to the Acting Head of Digital Trading and work closely with the E-commerce, Creative, Content and Marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop the visual expression, layouts and templates of toteme.com.
• Own and evolve newsletter design, introducing new layouts, formats and visual improvements.
• Develop creative assets for performance marketing with more dynamic and varied formats.
• Translate creative direction into digital concepts across the website, app, campaigns and other touchpoints.
• Develop new layouts, content formats and interactions beyond existing templates.
• Collaborate with Content and Editorial to turn campaigns, collections and product stories into compelling digital experiences.
• Lead digital design for seasonal and commercial launches, from concept to execution.
• Partner with Product and Development on UX, functionality, implementation and quality assurance.
• Use customer behaviour, performance insights and digital best practices to improve design and keep it consistent across channels.

Required profile

• Several years of relevant experience in digital design, preferably in fashion, luxury, e-commerce or another design-led environment.
• Proven experience independently developing digital concepts, visual formats and templates across websites, newsletters and digital marketing channels.
• Good understanding of UX, UI design, e-commerce and digital customer journeys, with experience collaborating with developers.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Ambassador of the company's culture, independent, proactive and collaborative, able to balance creative ambition, user experience and commercial priorities.

Required skills

• Strong visual design across typography, layout, imagery, motion and responsive design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
