SAP Super Key User (Hybrid)

About the role

DeLaval is looking for an SAP Super Key User to lead ERP process development and digitalisation in final‑assembly operations at its Tumba factory. You will be a central figure in SAP utilisation, standardisation and the digital transformation aligned with global supply‑chain initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for local key users and ensure smooth SAP operations.
• Deliver ERP and digital projects on time, within budget and according to specifications.
• Document processes, functional specifications and lead SAP training sessions.
• Drive continuous process improvements and Industry 4.0 initiatives such as CPS, RFID, AGV and energy monitoring.
• Support the smart‑factory roadmap and contribute to CO₂ reduction goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Data Communication or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production or warehousing operations.
• Practical knowledge of Lean principles and Industry 4.0 applications.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, with the ability to lead trainings in both languages.
