Global Quality Management Systems Lead

About the role

DeLaval is seeking a Global Quality Management Systems Lead to strengthen quality and environmental management at its Tumba site in Sweden. You will act as the local subject‑matter expert while contributing to global QEMS initiatives, ensuring robust, compliant systems that add value locally and support consistency worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate QEMS activities for the Tumba site, collaborating with local functions and site stakeholders.
• Maintain, improve and publish quality documents, procedures and work instructions.
• Support Swedish teams and process owners in building practical, compliant quality and environmental practices.
• Drive ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance, including Management Reviews.
• Own the internal audit programme, enhance audit readiness and ensure effective corrective actions.
• Provide QEMS training, coaching and guidance to employees and leaders.
• Represent DeLaval in internal and external audits and coordinate external audit activities.
• Share Swedish best practices with global QEMS teams and contribute to common ways of working.
• Integrate quality systems perspective into Gate and Launch Management project reviews.

Required profile

• Degree in Quality Management, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• Strong ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Comfortable taking ownership in a Swedish site context while collaborating internationally.
