Runner i restaurang – Trelleborg

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join our team at O’Learys Trelleborg. As a restaurant runner you will perform a variety of tasks that keep the venue running smoothly and ensure an excellent experience for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out thorough cleaning and maintenance of the premises following established routines and checklists.
• Support the dishwashing area and bar by clearing dishes, restocking consumables and keeping the dish area organized.
• Sort and wash all incoming dishes, keep the dish room tidy and manage waste disposal and drain cleaning.
• Welcome guests, take orders and serve food and beverages.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations, refusing service to minors or intoxicated patrons.
• Prepare raw ingredients and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish with good English proficiency.
