Regional Sales Manager – Fintech Payments (Nordics)

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead field sales across the Nordics for a fast‑growing fintech payment services provider. You will oversee a network of freelance Field Sales Consultants, drive revenue, and shape the commercial footprint in emerging markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, coach and support a team of freelance Field Sales Consultants in Croatia, Bulgaria, Finland, Denmark, Austria, Norway and Sweden.
• Ensure the region meets and exceeds sales targets through performance tracking and field accompaniment.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable team culture focused on continuous improvement.
• Monitor KPIs, deliver regular performance insights and implement action plans.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Partnerships to align strategies.
• Recruit, onboard and scale new team members as territory needs grow.
• Represent the company at regional events to boost brand visibility.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience managing field or commercial sales teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven track record with SME clients, preferably in payments or fintech.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
• Data‑driven mindset with capacity to analyse performance and act on insights.
• Willingness to be based in Copenhagen, Oslo or Stockholm.
