Project Buyer – Seco Solva

About the role

Combine strategic sourcing with project work in an international environment. You will take global responsibility for procurement activities related to the Seco Solva project, from quotation through execution, ensuring deliveries, costs and timelines support project success and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Offer & Innovation, Seco Solva, I‑Hubs, the sales organization and other stakeholders throughout the quotation and project phases.
• Identify, evaluate and develop suppliers based on business needs and procurement strategies.
• Manage sourcing activities, prepare agreements and negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor supplier performance in quality, cost and delivery precision, and drive continuous improvements.
• Handle supplier‑related matters and support the organization in contract and supplier management issues.
• Contribute to risk management, process development and procurement strategy initiatives together with global category managers and strategic buyers.

Required profile

• Strong business acumen with experience in international procurement within an industrial environment.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build long‑term supplier relationships.
• Experience with sourcing processes, contracts and supplier evaluations.
• Proficiency in Office 365.
• University degree in procurement, supply chain management, business administration or equivalent practical experience.
• Structured, solution‑oriented work style and ability to build trust through collaboration.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
