Production Engineer - Digitalization

About the role

Hitachi Energy's Cooling Systems business in Landskrona is looking for a Production Engineer with a focus on Digitalization. The role sits within a global organization that develops and manufactures reliable water-cooling systems for critical applications. It is a full-time position with no remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Drive digitalization and automation initiatives within production and logistics to improve performance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and KPIs to support data-driven decisions.
• Collect, analyze and visualize data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Promote the adoption of AI across factory operations.
• Support integration between production systems, ERP solutions and other digital platforms.
• Lead or contribute to projects on MES, WMS, Industry 4.0 and continuous improvement.
• Promote Lean ways of working and process optimization, and collaborate across functions.

Required profile

• Degree in engineering or a related field, with experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Ability to manage projects and drive improvements independently.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken.

Required skills

• Experience with databases, SQL and ERP systems such as SAP.
• Programming experience.
• Data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Fabric or Databricks.
