Enterprise Systems Administrator (CRM, CPQ, Marketing Automation)
DoiT · Remote Sweden
Job description
About the role
DoiT is looking for an engineering-minded Enterprise Systems Administrator to own the systems used by its Sales, Marketing and Revenue Operations teams: CRM, marketing automation, CPQ and the tools around them. The role is remote and full-time, based in the UK, Ireland, Estonia, the Netherlands or Sweden, and is also open to contractors in Eastern Europe and Portugal. It is not a ticket-queue role: business teams bring requests such as "add a field" or "build a report", and your job is to find the underlying problem, understand how a change affects connected systems, and fix it once so others can do it themselves.
Key responsibilities
- Own the GTM systems as one connected whole, knowing how CRM, CPQ, marketing automation and sales-engagement tools share data, and design every change with that in mind.
- Turn requests into problems: ask what the business is trying to solve, propose options, explain trade-offs, and say no when it is the right call.
- Replace recurring manual work with automation or self-service tools that business users run themselves.
- Build automations, small tools and integrations, choosing the simplest approach that holds up.
- Keep the data model lean and trustworthy, retiring unused fields and legacy workarounds and enforcing data quality at entry points.
- Keep integrations reliable: use native connectors where possible, respect API limits, add error handling and monitoring, and keep sandbox and production consistent.
- Use AI tools to build, investigate issues and speed up routine work.
- Provide EMEA-hours support for the GTM stack and document changes following change management from sandbox to production.
Required profile
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (advanced Flow, data and security model), plus HubSpot and/or DealHub CPQ.
- A track record of replacing manual processes with automation or self-service, with before-and-after examples.
- Systems thinking and good judgment about where logic and data belong across connected systems.
- Understanding of lead-to-quote-to-close and the marketing funnel (lead lifecycle, attribution).
- Fluent English; ability to work in the country of residence (no visa sponsorship).
Required skills
- Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL and REST APIs, and scripting in Python or JavaScript.
- Nice to have: Salesforce Platform App Builder or Platform Developer I certification, Git/SFDX, deep knowledge of Gong, ZoomInfo or HubSpot, cloud platform experience, integration platform or event-driven systems experience.
What we offer
- Unlimited vacation and flexible working options.
- Health insurance, parental leave and home office allowance.
- Employee stock option plan and professional development stipend.
- Peer recognition program.
