Data & Technology Lead

About the role

dentsu is looking for a Data & Technology Lead in Stockholm to help its clients unlock the full value of data, technology and digital transformation initiatives. The role acts as a bridge between clients, product teams and internal stakeholders, driving the implementation and adoption of data and technology solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. It is a highly collaborative position combining strategic thinking, technical understanding and stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the data and technology agenda across client accounts.
• Act as the key liaison between clients and dentsu stakeholders to drive technology and data integration.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for data and technology products and solutions.
• Guide teams and clients on best practices to maximise product adoption and business value.
• Collect and document product usage, client feedback and adoption insights.
• Improve implementation processes and client engagement frameworks.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers and client teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Develop training materials, enablement programmes and knowledge-sharing resources.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business recommendations.
• Contribute to reusable assets for client pitches, proposals and growth opportunities.
• Support research audits, trend analysis, knowledge mapping and SWOT assessments.

Required profile

• Experience in data, technology, digital marketing, analytics or consulting.
• Experience supporting technology implementation and product adoption.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical topics for diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Highly organised with strong project management capabilities.
• Proactive, collaborative and solutions-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in both English and Swedish.
