About the role

The Ambulance Care Service in Pajala is looking for a licensed nurse to join its 24‑hour and day‑time ambulance teams. You will provide acute care in both planned and unplanned missions, working closely with rescue services, police and primary health care.

Key responsibilities

• Perform independent medical assessments and prioritize treatment for patients in diverse environments.
• Deliver emergency care during transport and ensure a safe, patient‑centred care chain.
• Collaborate with other emergency actors such as fire rescue, police and primary care providers.
• Maintain clinical competence and make rapid decisions in complex situations.

Required profile

• Licensed registered nurse with a valid physical test for ambulance work.
• Preferably with pre‑hospital experience.
• Structured, stable and flexible personality with a strong collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• C1 driver’s licence (preferred).
