Service Operations Intern

About the role

This internship gives you the chance to start a career in a fast‑moving MedTech organization focused on improving people’s lives through meaningful innovations. As a Student Worker in the Service Operations team you will learn about service processes in a regulated environment and support the Nordic Service Organization.

Key responsibilities

• AI enablement: test and scale AI solutions for Sales Operations teams.
• Installed‑base management: maintain and update essential IB data in our systems to ensure smooth service operations, involving internal and external interactions.
• General SOM project support: assist with process‑improvement projects (e.g., LEAN) and the rollout of new features such as mobile apps and CMMS.
• Administrative support: handle general administrative tasks for the Service Operations team.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university program for at least the next 6 months.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Interest in innovation and AI, with good English proficiency; knowledge of another Nordic language is a plus.
• Availability for part‑time work (≈20 h/week) starting as soon as possible in 2026 at the Solna office.

• Hourly rate of 162 SEK for bachelor‑level students and 174 SEK for master‑level students, plus holiday allowance.
