Store Manager – Retail Leadership Role

About the role

Peak Performance is seeking a Store Manager for its Luleå location. You will lead the store, drive sales, and ensure a world‑class customer experience while embodying the brand’s freeride spirit.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed the store’s sales targets.
• Deliver a world‑class customer experience following brand service standards.
• Coach, motivate and develop the sales team, fostering product knowledge and brand identity.
• Ensure compliance with HR, payroll, collective agreements, local laws and internal policies.
• Protect company assets by implementing security and loss‑prevention procedures.
• Recruit, attract and retain talent to build a high‑performing team.

Required profile

• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales and profit goals.
• Leadership experience managing a high‑performing retail team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
• Strong decision‑making ability in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
