Molding Production Operator (Machine Operator)

About the role

As a Molding Production Operator at 3M's Varnamo site, you will join a diverse team that values curiosity, safety, and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for setting up and running production equipment to deliver high‑quality molded parts.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate injection molding and other production machines.
• Monitor machine performance, production flow, and quality standards.
• Perform machine change‑overs and basic maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Conduct quality inspections on finished products.
• Work independently while supporting team collaboration and development.

Required profile

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Experience in machine operation or production environments.
• Strong technical interest, solution‑oriented attitude, and responsibility.

Required skills

• Injection molding machine operation.
• Automated machinery and robotic systems.
• Advanced production technology handling.
• Overhead crane certification.
• Forklift license.
