About the role

DESOTEC is seeking a proactive Sales Manager to drive new business across Sweden. You will combine technical expertise with commercial acumen to match our mobile filtration solutions to client needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and win new business opportunities in target industries.
  • Represent DESOTEC at international trade fairs and client meetings.
  • Provide technical and commercial solution support, collaborating with in‑house application specialists.
  • Travel regularly (≈3 days per week) within Sweden and occasional trips to Belgium.
  • Manage opportunities in Salesforce, ensuring timely follow‑ups and accurate quotation handling.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial or environmental sectors.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage engineers, plant managers, and purchasing teams.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work autonomously from a home office.

Required skills

  • Salesforce (CRM) proficiency.
