About the role
Join ABB’s Discovery Graduate Program for an 18‑month journey of three six‑month rotations. You will be permanently employed from day one, gaining hands‑on experience across automation, R&D, or customer‑facing roles while contributing to sustainable industrial solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Choose and lead your own rotations in areas that inspire you, such as automation, R&D, or customer‑facing roles.
- Work alongside industry experts and receive mentorship from senior leaders.
- Build a professional network through regular dinners, study visits, and interactions with top managers.
- Contribute to ABB’s global impact on innovation and sustainability.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in engineering, technology, or a related field, completed before September 2027.
- Maximum two years of professional experience in the field of study.
- Strong leadership potential, ambition, curiosity, and excellent communication skills.
- EU/EES citizenship or permanent residence permit in Sweden.
- Previous experience from an exchange semester or service/industrial role is an asset.
