System Specialist

About the role

As a System Specialist at aceve, you will be the technical backbone of the Customer Support team, handling complex issues that go beyond first‑line assistance. You work at the intersection of customers, support agents, and engineering, turning frustrations into resolved problems and feeding insights back to product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide second‑line and third‑line technical support to colleagues and customers via phone, email, chat, and remote sessions.
• Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network configuration issues.
• Log all interactions and technical details accurately in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex problems to engineering with clear documentation and follow through to resolution.
• Collect customer feedback, report recurring issues, and suggest feature improvements to the product team.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of aceve’s products, updates, and best‑practice support procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical support, IT, or a customer‑facing technical role.
• Background in IT systems, finance software, or a related technical domain (formal education or equivalent hands‑on experience).
• Strong systematic problem‑solving ability, even when solutions are not obvious.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in both Swedish and English.
• Calm, organized, patient, and empathetic when handling busy periods or shifting priorities.
• Self‑driven curiosity and a proactive attitude.
