VP of B2B Sales

About the role

As the VP of B2B Sales (Rest of World), you will drive revenue growth across key international markets outside the US for a global leader in soundtracking. You will lead a high‑performing, cross‑functional sales organization, balancing strategic vision with hands‑on execution to acquire new logos and expand existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Own B2B revenue targets and budget for the RoW region, tailoring GTM strategies to diverse markets while protecting unit economics.
• Design, refine, and modernize the sales playbook, scaling complex, high‑value B2B deals across SaaS, gaming, e‑commerce, and media.
• Provide hands‑on deal strategy using consultative, value‑based frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC) and support Team Leads on active opportunities.
• Recruit, interview, hire, coach, and retain a diverse, world‑class sales team.
• Champion AI‑driven sales enablement tools to boost pipeline velocity, outbound prospecting, forecasting, and data‑backed revenue insights.
• Identify and resolve systemic bottlenecks, ensuring operational excellence and adaptability across the sales lifecycle.
• Collaborate with global leadership on B2B strategy, commission structures, and cross‑sell initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven senior commercial leadership experience in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS, gaming, e‑commerce, or media.
• Track record of delivering double‑digit revenue growth and improving Net Retention Rate.
• Strong ability to build and scale high‑performing sales teams across multiple regions.
• Strategic thinker with a hands‑on, execution‑focused leadership style.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Experience with AI‑driven sales enablement platforms.
• Familiarity with consultative selling frameworks such as MEDDPICC.
